So often these days all you hear are complaints. Everyone seems to focus on what wasn’t done to their satisfaction instead of what was. I’m happy to say I found a company who still provides great customer service.
That company is Chewy.com!
I’ve been ordering prescription cat food from them for a long time for my cat, Junior. I accidentally ordered the wrong size of something for one of our dogs recently and I did an online chat to facilitate and exchange.
They told me to keep the wrong sized item that I ordered and donate it. The customer service rep then said she hoped Junior was doing well. Junior had passed away a couple of months prior at the age of 17.
The customer service rep apologized and expressed her condolences.
I thanked her and our transaction ended.
Imagine my surprise when a few days later these arrived, along with a lovely card expressing their condolences on the loss of my ‘little one’:
I was completely taken by surprise. It’s not very often you get flowers from a business!

I love Chewy.com! I order food on auto-ship every 6 weeks and they notify me when they are about to ship it and I can even adjust the auto-ship date at that time. I once got a flea/tick product that had 2 out of 8 vials cracked/ leaking and customer service was so apologetic and shipped me new product without me sending back the original order!
